Unfortunately I can find very little information about Ordinaire, or even about the paper La Mouche: I suspect that this for was a common word in journalistic circles for a general source of irritation. Today of course far stronger expressions can be used.
A view of Saint-Laurent-sur-Saône from Mâcon, which is in Saône-et-Loire (71): the Pont Saint Laurent links the two départements across the Saône river.
