I found it slightly odd that so many tributes had been left on the grave of Nadar (1820–1910), especially as this is a very obscure part of Père-Lachaise, but then that's probably why: employees just don't come round much to tidy it up. Whatever the reason, it's heartening to see such support for a photographer who took shots of so many remarkable people in the nineteenth century.
