The Letter Boxes of Saint-Martin-D'Abbat, Loiret (45)

Tiny Saint-Martin-d'Abbat had a population of just 1759 in 2016, although it is known throughout France (and no doubt elsewhere) as 'Le village des boîtes aux lettres': since 1997, as a result of an idea by Michel Lafeuille, over 200 people have personalised their letter boxes according to their interests, their profession, their whims or whatever. Below I post photos of a number of the boxes I found of particular interest.
