He wrote five novels, two of which concern secret agent Louis Sacco. No novels are mentioned after 1964, although he wrote a book on Corsican cooking in 1983: in Corsican. His wife was Françoise Prévost (1925–97), who acted in many films, one of which was the Franco-Belgian <i>Mont-Dragon</i> (1970), in which she co-starred with Jacques Brel.
